Area Sales Manager

Overview

Area Sales Manager focused on driving new customer growth by promoting and selling aftersales services across HVAC, Refrigeration, Fire and Remote Monitoring within a defined customer segment.

What you'll do

• Target new customer growth by selling aftersales services.
• Promote and sell spare and replacement parts, emergency/planned service, and planned service agreements.
• Ensure adoption of company systems, tools, pricing policies, and sales processes.
• Blend field activity with new client conversations to capture opportunities.
• Create and submit quotations, costing and estimations via portals and online platforms.
• Negotiate quotations with customer buyer departments and close deals.

What you'll need

• 5-7 years of experience in HVAC/Refrigeration/Fire Protection systems within the Marine and Navy market.
• Experience covering field sales and in-depth business development, opportunity, and pipeline management.
• Strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals with a proven track record of results and closing deals.
• Knowledge of compressors, chillers, and refrigeration is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/local language).
• Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and provide appropriate solutions.
