Area Sales Manager, Thane, Consumer Replacement Sales

Overview

Lead sales growth and expand Goodyear's Consumer Replacement Business in an assigned territory by building channel partnerships, identifying market opportunities, and delivering business results.

What you'll do

• Lead sales operations across the assigned territory, ensuring achievement of volume, revenue, and market share targets.
• Develop and manage a strong dealer and distributor network, building long-term partnerships and enhancing loyalty to the Goodyear brand.
• Drive demand generation through trade marketing initiatives, consumer promotions, and market-specific campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
• Ensure successful implementation of pricing, distribution, and credit policies in line with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless supply chain, product availability, and an exceptional customer experience.
• Track key performance indicators, analyze sales performance, and share actionable recommendations with business leaders.

What you'll need

• At least 5+ years of successful sales experience in FMCG, automotive, consumer durables, or related industries.
• Strong experience in channel sales, distributor management, and business development.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to drive business results and build strong customer relationships.
