Assistant Engineering Manager

Overview

Assistant Engineering Manager for Work Dynamics, responsible for monitoring and supporting application health (C-cure9000 and SAFE) and coordinating operational activities across facilities.

What you'll do

• Monitor C-cure9000 application server health, database backups, and related services (Import watcher, MIS Interface, XmlRpc) and take action when issues occur.
• Monitor online reader counts across regional servers and ensure facilities access control panels communicate with regional servers.
• Monitor SAFE application health, tool services, and message processing to PACs; raise issue tickets and notify teams when needed.
• Perform PAN India reconciliations for SAFE system admin user groups, authorized admin groups, C-cure9000 user accounts, and Level-3 owners/bay mappings.
• Support workplace teams with SAFE/C-cure issues, create new facilities access groups, and create location/tower/floor/bay mappings in SAFE.
• Provide training and demos for ISOC operators and access area approvers; support visitor kiosk installation and access control migration.
• Coordinate vendor interactions, schedule calls, troubleshoot access control issues, and share logs/reports for audit and stakeholder requirements.

What you'll need

• 04+ years’ experience related to electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance, plumbing works, and maintaining HVAC units.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations.
• Technical qualification mentioned as required.
• At least three to five years’ experience in facilities management (as stated).
• Good working knowledge of occupational safety.
• Solid background in team management.
