Assistant Facility Manager - Technical

Overview

Assistant Facility Manager (Technical) responsible for the operation, maintenance and reliability of building systems and leading the engineering and maintenance team at the Commerz III building in Goregaon East, Mumbai.

What you'll do

• Oversee operation and maintenance of HVAC systems (AHUs, FCUs, VRVs).
• Oversee operation and maintenance of electrical systems (HT/LT panels, DG sets, UPS).
• Oversee plumbing and water management systems.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of the diesel generator and the sewage treatment plant.
• Oversee fire detection and suppression systems, elevators and escalators, and the Building Management System (BMS).
• Ensure optimum performance and reliability of all critical equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor breakdowns and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Maintain equipment history and maintenance records.
• Conduct periodic technical audits and inspections.
• Lead engineering and maintenance teams.
• Manage technicians, supervisors and vendor personnel.
• Conduct training programs on safety and technical procedures.
• Evaluate team performance and drive continuous improvement.
