Assistant Manager / Manager – Recruitment role with Radisson Blu MBD Hotel, Noida, supporting the Human Resources team.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple vacancies.
• Handle bulk hiring and mass recruitment drives.
• Prepare HR reports and recruitment MIS, including presenting recruitment data.
• Manage job postings and recruitment portals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage recruitment priorities.
• Support hiring across remote and prime locations.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in preparing HR reports and recruitment MIS.
• Proven experience in bulk hiring and mass recruitment drives.
• Experience managing job postings and recruitment portals.
• Strong negotiation skills.
