Assistant manager - Property management

Overview

Assistant Manager for Property Management responsible for coordinating and leading on-site facilities management delivery, governance/compliance, and tenant/landlord coordination across a corporate property portfolio.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and support delivery of facilities management services from the landlord.
• Conduct site reviews and identify cost-reduction and productivity opportunities.
• Optimize processes, tools, and documentation, including completion and compliance audits.
• Maintain planned preventive maintenance programs and oversee service contracts and contractor work practices.
• Ensure safety procedures and crisis management/business continuity/emergency procedures are followed.
• Lead operational management of site-based FM services and ensure service quality.
• Manage property inspections, project recommendations, and tenant/lease administration coordination.

What you'll need

• Manage a corporate property portfolio with substantial post-qualification experience.
• Graduation with 5 years’ experience, or a Diploma with 7 years’ experience in managing engineering functions in property and facility management.
• Engineering background with knowledge of compliance, safety, and engineering operations for commercial buildings.
• Excellent Excel skills, dashboards, and program management to track activities and support FM teams.
• Strong analytical skills for tracking and making sound judgments.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and prepare reports.
