Facility Executive - Soft Services

Overview

Facility Executive (Soft Services) is responsible for overseeing a property’s day-to-day operations in line with facilities, security, services, administration, and continuous improvement needs.

What you'll do

• Prioritise facilities’ needs for the property.
• Oversee day-to-day operations while coordinating with the facilities manager and assistant facilities manager.
• Ensure administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered.
• Maintain adequate supplies and materials to keep operations running.
• Manage supply and service contracts as approved by clients.
• Support emergency evacuation, crisis management, and business continuity plans; monitor health and safety.
• Monitor the property budget and petty cash; ensure vendor invoice processes comply with standards; prepare reports and meeting minutes.

What you'll need

• At least 3+ years’ experience (the posting also references 3 to 5 years) in facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of property operations.
• Good working knowledge in occupational safety.
• A degree in business or hotel and building management.
• Aptitude for client-centric operations.
• Ability in team management and taking on difficult issues.
• Superior communications and reporting skills.
