GCC Strategy and Operations Manager

Overview

Lead strategy and operations for MiniMed’s Global Diabetes Capability Center (GCC) in Pune, partnering with site and functional teams to improve operations, compliance, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Advise extended leadership on key site actions.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Operations to generate operational insights.
• Act as site champion to promote a positive work culture.
• Support business continuity and disaster planning for site and business units.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and insights across multiple employee/finance/HR/operations/facilities streams.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across departments.
• Generate GCC reports, metrics, and analytics for management decisions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• 15 years of people management experience.
• Proven GCC operations experience, preferably in India, within a highly matrixed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement.
• Sound knowledge of GCC operations areas, regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across organizational levels.
