Assistant Manager - SAP IBP Functional consultant

Overview

Assistant Manager for an SAP IBP (Sales & Operations Planning) Functional Consultant role, focused on designing, implementing, and supporting IBP S&OP processes.

What you'll do

• Lead SAP IBP S&OP module design workshops, requirement gathering, and process mapping.
• Configure and deploy IBP templates such as Demand Planning and Supply Planning.
• Design and manage Time Series and Order-based planning objects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define planning cycles, levels, and horizons.
• Build and optimize IBP Analytics dashboards and KPI-based planning views.
• Lead UAT, SIT, cutover, training, and provide hypercare post go-live.

What you'll need

• Around 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting IBP processes.
• Functional knowledge of end-to-end S&OP cycles.
• Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts.
• Proven experience delivering IBP projects.
• Experience integrating with ECC/S&S4HANA via IBP OData services and SAP CPI/CI-DS teams.
• Ability to support data modeling, validation, and master data harmonization.
