Assitant Manager - SAP Integration Platform

Overview

Assitant Manager - SAP Integration Platform (L3) to provide technical escalation and operations support for SAP SuccessFactors integrations across enterprise and third-party platforms.

What you'll do

• Act as the highest technical escalation (L3) for complex SuccessFactors integration issues.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of critical production incidents impacting HR business processes.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Analyze integration logs, monitoring alerts, API transactions, and message payloads to resolve errors.
• Coordinate incident resolution across SAP, cloud providers, vendors, and internal support teams.
• Maintain integration service availability and ensure compliance with SLA and KPI commitments.
• Support on-call and critical business event coverage as required.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise integrations.
• 5+ years supporting SAP SuccessFactors integrated environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Proven expertise supporting Business Integration Builder (BIB) solutions.
• Experience managing APIs using Google Cloud Apigee.
• Demonstrated ownership of production support services in large global environments.
• Experience operating within ITIL-based support organizations.
