Assistant Officer, Video KYC Agent, Consumer Banking Group

Overview

The VKYC/ReKYC Agent conducts video-based customer verification in line with regulatory guidelines and ensures a uniform customer experience.

What you'll do

• Conduct VKYC/ReKYC calls as per defined scripts and compliance requirements.
• Verify customer identity and documents during live video interactions.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal quality standards.
• Handle customer queries professionally during the verification process.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems in real time.
• Ensure KYC guidelines and the bank's customer acceptance procedure are strictly adhered to.
• Service all KYC call requests as per defined SL without deviation.
• Escalate any KYC exceptions as per the defined approval matrix.
• Record and document all required dispositions and customer interactions in the relevant system.
• Continuously review the internal monitoring process and identify areas of improvement.

• Degree holder.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Good, effective and engaging skills.
• Basic analytical skills.
• Good judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize information in a structured manner.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Ability to handle sensitive customer data with confidentiality.
• Problem-solving ability and presence of mind.
• Customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Nice to have

• Certifications in the areas of Operations and MS Office (an advantage).
• Calling skills.
• Knowledge of Finacle, call centre tools and CMS.
