Overview

Junior Cost Manager (Civil / MEP) supporting Team Leaders and Service Leaders in the delivery of real estate led developments, with cost planning and BoQ work across construction projects.

What you'll do

• Provide support to Team Leaders and Service Leaders in the delivery of real estate led developments, carrying day to day delivery responsibility with minimal supervision.
• Support delivery of cost plans and BoQs for all types of construction projects across the globe.
• Deliver all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner.
• Utilize and embed JLL best practice tools and processes, including technology, to support delivery.
• Interpret a brief from a client or senior manager and convert it into an action plan.
• Work as a team player to deliver Cost Management assignments.
• Understand and comply with business risk and project delivery parameters, including compliance with scope of service agreed by others.
• Capture and share knowledge and be involved in the development of service improvement and innovation as part of the JLL way.
• Represent the company in a professional and diligent manner.

What you'll need

• Approx. 0-3 years of experience.
• Prior experience working in the cost management field.
• Degree in a related subject (BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical).

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of CostX.
• Some fit-out experience.
