Assoc Analyst Prime Vendor

Overview

Under direct supervision, generate and distribute the standard report suite to the customer and sales organizations, managing feedback at a global level. Review customer metrics and engagement to ensure performance and engagement meet defined expectations.

What you'll do

• Create, develop, and maintain relationships with sales teams and customers.
• Develop basic reports and queries for sales representatives.
• Measure the trends, efficiencies and effectiveness of distribution KPIs.
• Provide reports to sales and the customer identifying contract price changes and price miss-alignments.
• Provide information to the customer and the sales team identifying information to review in order to ensure inventory is aligned with customer utilization.
• Update Medline systems based on feedback from the customer and sales representatives.
• Provide issue resolution in areas including (but not limited to) inventory surplus, backorders, and outstanding invoices.
• Initiate and partner with internal teams.
• Communicate resolution in a timely manner.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma and at least 3 years of financial analysis and support.
• Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
• Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
• Willingness to travel for business related needs (i.e. training, accounts meetings, development, etc).

Nice to have

• Previous analytics experience in the healthcare industry.
• Previous inventory or supply chain analytics experience.
