Associate (AI) Solution Consultant - Orbit Program

Overview

Associate (AI) Solution Consultant for Celonis’ Orbit Program, supporting enterprise customers at the intersection of AI and business.

What you'll do

• Translate customer requirements into AI solutions as a Celonis product and domain expert.
• Run AI discovery and solutioning to align with customers’ AI strategy and business-critical challenges.
• Prototype and iterate via customer hackathons focused on business-critical problems.
• Execute proof-of-value projects and keep involvement until agreed value/adoption thresholds are reached.
• Deliver business impact presentations to senior executives to enable value realization.
• Contribute reusable collateral, best practices, and tools to the Value Engineering center of excellence.

What you'll need

• Degree in a STEM field such as Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
• “Excellent” academic performance.
• Extensive internship experience or 1–2 years of full-time work experience.
• Understanding of generative AI techniques (e.g., RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning).
• Good knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (e.g., LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch).
• Fluency in German and English (must) and confidence presenting to diverse audiences.

Details

• Onboarding in Madrid for 2 years, with possible relocation to Munich.
• Customer base in Germany/DACH area with travel to meet clients in person.
• Program duration stated as 12 months within the Orbit Graduate program.
