Associate Analyst - PTP

Overview

Associate Analyst - PTP will support the GFSS Pune team with key accounting and PTP transactional work for customers in EMEA, focusing on invoice processing and related payments activities.

What you'll do

• Perform invoice processing for daily PTP operations.
• Handle payments and payment-related activities.
• Manage invoice exceptions, including resolution of invoice holds.
• Support interface management and vendor account reconciliation.
• Resolve queries and perform month-end reporting.
• Ensure location-level financial accounting compliance with accounting principles, local statutory requirements, and Eaton policies.

What you'll need

• Have 4-7 years of invoice management experience.
• Have experience with payments and invoice resolution.
• Have MBA (Finance) or B.com (Accounting) qualification.
• Use Oracle R12 and/or SAP.
• Have ERP and system skills including Oracle R12/SAP/MFGPRO and MS Office utilities.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have knowledge of direct and indirect tax.
