Overview

Associate Architect (Techno functional) for Client Success in the Manufacturing domain, focused on ensuring solution usability, uptime, and end-to-end workflow/data accuracy while partnering to resolve customer issues and upgrades.

What you'll do

• Demonstrate knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, and o9 solution architecture and value proposition.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure solution usability and uptime, verifying accuracy of data loads and e2e workflows.
• Identify design issues in the existing setup and coordinate with other o9 consultants to solve business problems.
• Act as a single point of contact for platform upgrades, patches, and hot fixes.
• Configure the o9 platform based on change requests/enhancements post go-live.
• Create and execute workflow and data analytics test cases and track bug/issue resolution progress using support tools.
• Support Super User and End User training for a global user base and improve internal processes/features based on customer feedback.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience implementing planning applications (must-have).
• SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar.
• Statistical/Optimization/Simulation skills via tools like R, SAS, CPLEX or similar (desirable).
• Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and S&OP.
• Strong ability to lead by example across product and domain proficiency.
• Patient listening and ability to clearly articulate viewpoints to manage and deliver customer expectations.
• Ability to analyze and process large amounts of data to prioritize highest-value opportunities and biggest risks.
