Overview

Associate, Client Service Manager for Corporate Banking, managing day-to-day transaction servicing for Institutional Banking Group clients across Trade, Cash and Loans.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day transactions for Trade, Cash, Loans, FD, ETAX, IDEAL (Channel), and static data updates.
• Act as the single point of contact for the client for all transactions.
• Coordinate with client, Central Operations, business units, branches, Bizcare India, and stakeholders to resolve transactional and non-transactional issues.
• Drive metrics to ensure seamless servicing and manage customer concerns and complaints within committed timelines.
• Own customer transactions end to end and strengthen relationships with branches and relationship managers.
• Manage self KPIs and KRIs as per group expected standards.
• Conduct at least one client meeting per week for MNC clients and cover maximum allocated clients.

What you'll need

• Have 7+ years of work experience handling Trade Finance, cash, and loan products.
• Have working knowledge of trade products including Documentary Letters of Credit, Standby Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantee, bank-to-bank reimbursements, fund transfer, and SWIFTS.
• Provide excellent client/customer management skills and business orientation.
• Demonstrate capability to manage processes and metrics on a day-to-day basis.
• Be well-versed with RBI master directions.
• Have high emotional intelligence and ability to empathise and think aloud with customers.
• Have education as Graduate/Post-Graduate with relevant work experience in Trade Finance unit and trade finance products.
