Associate Client Success Specialist

Overview

Associate Client Success Specialist (entry level) responsible for post-sale client relationship management to drive adoption, expansion, and renewal.

What you'll do

• Maintain client relationships with client representatives up to management level.
• Act as a primary post-sale point of contact and escalation point for unresolved client issues.
• Ensure clients are aware of and adopting offer features to realize measurable value.
• Drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and close deals to meet revenue targets.
• Demonstrate contract value over the contract lifetime and drive successful on-time renewals while minimizing churn.
• Manage client success practice activities, platforms/tools, and KPIs, including data quality management for the portfolio.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information technology or sales or a related field.
• Certification and working knowledge of ITIL practices.
• Entry level experience in a client-facing role in Sales, Service, or Consultancy within a large (preferably multi-national) IT services environment.
• Basic account planning and stakeholder mapping/management techniques.
• Ability to interpret client business strategy/plans to identify solution opportunities.
• Solid sales skills (consultative selling and negotiation) for up-sell opportunities and deal closure.
