Associate, Client Tech Support Engineering

Overview

Provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and help improve support processes while maintaining accurate documentation.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support and resolve client issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address issues efficiently.
• Document client interactions and solutions in the support database.
• Improve support processes and tools.
• Maintain IT support documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
• Manage secure file transfers for internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in technical support and client service.
• 1+ year of experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• 1+ year of experience with Office 365.
• 1+ year of experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• 1+ year of experience with FTP, SFTP, and other file transfer technologies.
• 3+ years of an equivalent combination of education, related experience, and/or military experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience with automation tools and scripts.
