Overview

Associate Clinical Outcomes Assessment (COA) supports qualitative research and consulting work, delivering client outputs on time and to quality standards.

What you'll do

• Support qualitative research and consulting projects to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct and analyze qualitative interviews and generate insights.
• Apply established consulting methodologies and contribute to client deliverables.
• Collaborate with project teams and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Support project documentation, presentations, and operational activities.

What you'll need

• Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Have 1-2 years of experience in qualitative interviews and data analysis.
• Be proficient with qualitative analysis tools such as Atlas.ti or NVivo.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show team collaboration and cross-cultural effectiveness.
• Be fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, research, or consulting environments is preferred.
