Associate Consultant, Workday Data Conversion

Overview

Associate Technical Consultant in Workday Professional Services, focused on implementing Workday cloud HR, Financial Management, and Student Information Systems through data conversion and related solution areas.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions for data conversion, functional, reporting, and analytics focal areas.
• Deliver strategic data conversion data loads for Workday implementations with customer project teams.
• Provide consultancy on extraction and transformation of legacy data.
• Execute loading of legacy data into the Workday tenant using integration products, tools, and services.
• Connect with customer and project specialists to plan and execute conversion work.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of data conversion technical experience for enterprise software applications.
• Hands-on SQL skills.
• Preferred Workday experience.
• Functional experience in HCM, Financials, or Student modules.
• Preferred experience with packaged HRMS/Financial systems (domain experience is preferred).
• Hands-on experience with ETL software and Microsoft Excel.

• Location: IND.Pune.
• Flexible work: at least 50% of time each quarter in office or in the field with customers/prospects/partners.
• Work arrangement includes in-person time and remote.
