Associate Consulting Manager

Overview

Associate Consulting Manager role at Huron leading integration and implementation work on HCM and Financials engagements, working alongside Huron and client team members.

What you'll do

• Lead the integration implementation life cycle, including planning, architecture, design, build, conversion, testing, go-live and post-production support.
• Work in conjunction with other Huron and client team members across the engagement.
• Take part in project management, integration architecture, end-user training development, business process modification identification, and testing approaches for script development and execution.
• Estimate and plan implementations.
• Train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions.
• Manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration.

What you'll need

• Integration and people leadership roles within the technical workstreams of 3 or more HCM or Financials implementations for at least two phases.
• HCM/FIN integration lead experience.
• Minimum 4 years of consulting experience.
• 5+ years of integrations experience, including scope and requirements definition, problem solving and process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in technical, business or financial discipline or relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience.
• Deep knowledge of integration technologies, including Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Cloud Connect.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills to quickly establish relationships based on trust and collaboration.
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills, with ability to multi-task.
• Willingness and ability to travel on business need and work extended hours as necessary.

Nice to have

• Current Workday Integration and Studio certification.
• Experience with estimating, implementation planning, and project management.
• Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
• Experience with software tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, ASAP Utilities, etc.
