Workday Delivery Coordinator/R2R/P2P - Manager

Overview

Lead Workday delivery activities across Finance processes, focusing on record to report and procure to pay workstreams, within the Business Application Consulting practice at PwC's Acceleration Center India.

What you'll do

• Lead Workday delivery workstreams for record to report and procure to pay initiatives across client engagements
• Manage project planning, scope, timelines, budgets, and issue tracking for Workday implementation and optimization efforts
• Direct teams through configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities for Workday HCM, reporting, integrations, and analytics
• Review deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client requirements and technical standards
• Develop team members through coaching, feedback, and review of work to build skills in Workday delivery and client support
• Translate business needs into functional design decisions and coordinate solutions across finance and operational processes
• Identify process improvement opportunities and apply automation, reporting, and data tools to improve delivery outcomes
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions to client leaders and internal stakeholders throughout the engagement

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• At least one of the following: one or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
• Managing Workday delivery coordination across R2R and P2P workstreams
• Leading client-facing delivery teams through project planning and execution
• Applying Workday integrations, Studio, Extend, or security skills
• Coaching team members through issue resolution and deliverable reviews
• Translating business process knowledge into Workday solution guidance
