Oracle Finance – GL, AP, CM, Expenses - Manager

Overview

Lead Oracle Finance client service workstreams covering general ledger, accounts payable, cash management and expenses, within PwC Acceleration Center India's Advisory practice.

What you'll do

• Lead Oracle Finance workstreams across general ledger, accounts payable, cash management, and expenses
• Manage client engagement activities, project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Configure and maintain Oracle Financials solutions to support record to report and procure to pay processes
• Guide teams through system design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities
• Analyze client finance processes and translate requirements into practical Oracle application solutions
• Review system setups, data conversions, and integration outputs to validate functional accuracy and consistency
• Coach team members on Oracle Finance functionality, issue resolution, and delivery methods
• Identify opportunities to improve finance operations through automation, process improvement, and digital tooling
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to address system issues, manage priorities, and support adoption of Oracle solutions
• Monitor deliverables for alignment with technical standards, project goals, and service expectations

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
• Demonstrating Oracle Financials implementation skills across GL, AP, CM, and Expenses
• Leading client-facing finance transformation workstreams with cross-functional coordination
• Developing team members through coaching, feedback, and work review
• Applying analytical thinking to complex finance process improvements
