Oracle Finance – GL, AP, CM, Expenses - Senior Manager

Overview

Lead client-facing Oracle Financials workstreams across general ledger, accounts payable, cash management and expenses within PwC's Advisory practice, guiding finance transformation and coaching teams at PwC Acceleration Center India.

What you'll do

• Lead Oracle finance application workstreams across general ledger, accounts payable, cash management and expenses.
• Advise clients on finance process design, configuration choices and system enhancements that support operational efficiency.
• Manage complex implementation and support efforts for Oracle Financials solutions, from planning through deployment and stabilization.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, process flows and system configurations for finance operations.
• Direct teams through issue resolution, testing, cutover activities and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate efforts across finance, technology and business stakeholders to align deliverables and timelines.
• Apply knowledge of Oracle General Ledger, procure-to-pay and record to report processes to improve financial operations.
• Coach team members, review deliverables and promote consistent application of technical and professional standards.
• Evaluate process gaps and identify opportunities to streamline financial workflows and strengthen system performance.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 8 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems.
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules.
• Demonstrating Oracle Finance delivery across GL, AP, CM and Expenses.
• Applying systems thinking across finance transformation and process improvement.
• Crafting client messages that connect finance, technology and outcomes.
• Directing teams through complexity while coaching diverse talent.
• Validating outcomes, adapting to feedback and resolving delivery blockers.
