Overview

Senior Associate in PwC Acceleration Center India's Commercial & Service Excellence practice, implementing and supporting Salesforce and Adobe Workfront solutions for clients to optimize operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Analyze client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that optimize operational efficiency
• Provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications
• Collaborate with clients to develop business models and process improvements using Salesforce tools
• Manage and inspire teams to deliver quality work and build meaningful client relationships
• Navigate complex situations to deepen technical skills and awareness of strengths
• Utilize analytical thinking and AI fluency to inform insights and recommendations
• Develop training materials to enhance client understanding and application of Salesforce technologies
• Implement technology solutions that align with strategic objectives and business processes
• Integrate emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve client outcomes
• Support enterprise integration and systems project management for Salesforce applications

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront administration and configuration
• Proven expertise with Workfront APIs and Workfront Fusion for automation and integration use cases
• Solid understanding of project, program, resource, and enterprise work-management concepts
• Navigating complex client relationships and delivering tailored solutions
• Experience integrating Workfront with AEM, Jira, ServiceNow, CRM systems, or other enterprise applications
• Exposure to enterprise architecture, cloud integration platforms, or middleware solutions
• Developing training materials to enhance team capabilities and client satisfaction
• Implementing technology solutions that drive business process improvements
• Excelling in analytical thinking to interpret data and inform strategic decisions
