Overview
The Content Operations Associate will support the day-to-day operations of Third Bridge’s content business for the New York Credit and Public Equities team, helping meet service-level agreements and production quality standards for Forum Interviews and Community consultations.
What you'll do
- Manage the logistics of Forum Interviews and Community consultations throughout their life cycle.
- Understand Forum and Community production processes and solve niche situations that arise.
- Collect, document, and report on feedback and usage patterns.
- Communicate relevant information to improve systems and processes.
- Identify areas where data analysis can enhance the business and lead projects to completion.
- Propose strategic opportunities to improve processes and standards for Forum and Community.
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide Forum and Community with useful information.
