Associate Corporate Benefits Analyst

Overview

Associate Corporate Benefits Analyst responsible for ongoing maintenance of self-insured and voluntary health benefit offerings and serving as a primary contact for benefits questions.

What you'll do

• Administer and support U.S. employee benefit programs including 401(k), COBRA, FSA, HSA, health & welfare plans, and leave-related changes.
• Process enrollments, qualifying life events, terminations, and employee benefit transactions with accuracy and compliance.
• Research, analyze, and resolve benefit-related issues using emails/ticketing tools.
• Perform benefits audits, reconciliations, and reporting activities.
• Validate enrollment data, payroll deductions, vendor files, and benefits administration records for integrity and compliance.
• Coordinate with benefits vendors, brokers, payroll, HRIS, and internal stakeholders to support administration, issue resolution, renewals, and improvements.
• Manage the India Rewards & Recognition (R&R) program end-to-end and support annual benefits initiatives/projects.
