HR Operations Onboarding Intern role focused on supporting employee lifecycle processes within the People/HR Operations function.

What you'll do

• Support employee onboarding and documentation processing.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with HR documentation, audits, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for employee lifecycle tasks.
• Support HR reporting, trackers, and day-to-day operational work.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.

What you'll need

• Graduate fresher (any discipline).
• Basic understanding of Human Resource Management concepts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
