HRBP Intern- Noida

Overview

HRBP Intern (Noida) supporting a regional people team with HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, employee engagement coordination, and people analytics.

What you'll do

• Maintain and validate employee master data across the employee lifecycle.
• Support onboarding, documentation, and HRIS data management.
• Track employee attendance, leave, and regional HR records.
• Assist in preparing HR dashboards for attrition, attendance, and escalations.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities like town halls and communications.
• Support grievance handling with timely documentation and follow-ups.
• Prepare reports and presentations using Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.

What you'll need

• Be a graduate or final-year student in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Have strong interest in Human Resources and People Operations.
• Have working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Demonstrate analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Be comfortable working with data, trackers, and presentations.
• Be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
