Inventory Intern

Overview

Inventory Manager responsible for end-to-end custody, tracking, and reconciliation of high-value inventory (primarily iPhones and related accessories) with strict documentation and zero tolerance for mismatches.

What you'll do

• Take complete ownership of high-value devices and accessories with serial-number-level tracking.
• Receive inward inventory from the IT team and verify quantity, serial numbers, and physical condition.
• Record all inward movements immediately in manual registers and Google Sheets.
• Hand over inventory between Inventory and Field Ops only after prior entry, capturing item and handover details.
• Receive returned inventory, re-verify serial numbers and condition, and update return entries on the same day.
• Perform daily reconciliation between physical stock, Google Sheets records, and items held with Field Ops.
• Maintain clean Google Sheets trackers and support audits/internal checks.

What you'll need

• Mandatory experience handling high-value inventory or assets.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas).
• Experience with manual inventory registers.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with strict controls and a zero-error mindset.
