Internal Coordinator

Overview

Internal Coordinator (IC) monitors and supports work-from-home Data Collectors (DCs) who record videos of household activities, ensuring productivity, rule adherence, and daily target completion.

What you'll do

• Monitor 50+ DCs in real time during working hours.
• Follow up with idle or delayed DCs and keep them on track.
• Ensure DCs meet targets (30 hours in 6 days or 100 hours in 20 days).
• Act as first point of contact for DC app/upload, task, and device issues.
• Manage large WhatsApp groups and share daily instructions and reminders.
• Track and report hours, issues, and drop-offs in Google Sheets.

What you'll need

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfort using WhatsApp and Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage and communicate with many people at once.
• Good coordination and multitasking skills.
• Alert and responsible.
• Patient but firm and organized approach.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
