Associate - Corporate Strategy & Development

Overview

Associate in Corporate Strategy & Development responsible for maintaining strategic space planning technical systems, including CAD elements and the Integrated Work Management System (iOffice).

What you'll do

• Manage AutoCAD drawings and link them to iOffice, including updating with as-built data.
• Create and maintain polyline drawings for space information.
• Maintain a CAD library with drawings and data integrity, following CAD standards and guidelines.
• Run weekly data integrity and monthly drawing audits, and perform quality audit checks.
• Post drawings to the appropriate web location and ensure accurate linkage to iOffice.
• Coordinate small move, add and change (MAC) project imports between planning and iOffice.
• Create and update CAD test fits and concept sketches of planning solutions.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of preferred work experience (3+ years preferred).
• Requires university degree.
• Ability to maintain CAD / IWMS standards manual and relevant job aids.
• Experience managing database management and problem resolution (as part of support).
• Maintain a report library, including distribution and ad hoc reporting changes.
• Generate new reports/dashboards and update existing reports/dashboards.

• Physical requirement: sedentary work.
• Converts metric drawings to square feet and maintains drawings in square feet.
