Overview
Associate-CQ role focused on maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory instruments/equipment and supporting quality control, documentation, and laboratory safety.
What you'll do
- Handle breakdown maintenance and troubleshoot laboratory instruments/equipment (hardware & software).
- Perform preventive maintenance of laboratory instruments/equipment as per schedule.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance activities under CMC & AMC.
- Escalate analytical issues to the next level.
- Manage spare inventory and quality control software data (user ID/password and project administration).
- Support commissioning, installations, and qualifications of instruments/equipment.
- Ensure laboratory safety requirements and maintain quality records per GMP/GLP.
What you'll need
- 1-5 years of experience with laboratory equipment/instrument troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Diploma/B.Sc./M.Sc./B-Tech in Electronics & Instrumentation.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable processes/policies.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with quality control instruments to meet accuracy specifications.
Nice to have
- Hands-on troubleshooting and preventive maintenance experience, especially HPLC, Gas Chromatography, Titrators, or Spectrophotometers.
- Proven track record in leading continuous improvement projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across levels.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new techniques and procedures.
