Associate Creative Director - Programming (Original IPs), Sports

Overview

Lead the end-to-end production of original long-form sports content for JioHotstar and YouTube, from concept through execution.

What you'll do

• Oversee production of original long-form content IPs.
• Develop teasers, montages, segments and other original content elements.
• Use current production techniques and technology to create engaging content.
• Generate and pitch content ideas to supervisors and show heads.
• Collaborate with producers, PCR operations personnel and talent.
• Track worldwide sports news to support accurate productions.

What you'll need

• 10–12 years of practical production experience.
• Proficiency with AI tools and technologies for creativity, productivity, research and content creation.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Strong spoken Hindi.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate work under pressure.
• Comfort working in pre-assigned shifts and changing work conditions.
