Overview

Associate Customer Experience Reporting Specialist focused on building performance trends and customer/employee experience reporting through dashboards and MIS.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end customer experience (CE) reporting operations.
• Generate CE dashboards and performance reports for business and regulatory stakeholders.
• Extract data from source systems using defined business logic and reporting requirements.
• Validate reporting accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Develop and automate reports using Excel, SQL, Python, and Qlik Sense.
• Create and maintain reporting SOPs, process maps, and control documentation.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and reporting walkthroughs.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in MIS, reporting, analytics, or data management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting deliverables within timelines.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and Qlik Sense preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
