Overview

I&F Decision Science Practitioner Analyst focused on hands-on development, automation, and delivery of HR reports and dashboards.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver standard (recurring) and ad hoc (one-time) HR reports within agreed timelines.
• Extract and prepare data from Workday and/or other HR systems for reporting and analysis.
• Build and maintain automated Excel-based reports using formulas.
• Analyze HR data to find trends and anomalies and support decision-making.
• Validate and test reporting outputs to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Document report logic, transformations, and data sources.
• Respond to stakeholder queries and collaborate with team members.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of experience.
• Any graduation qualification.
• Workday reporting experience.
• MS Excel (standard reporting capabilities & advanced Excel) skills.
• Ability to interpret and analyze data.
• Problem-solving (analytical and collaborative thinking) skills.
• Stakeholder/customer service and service delivery management skills.
