Associate Customer Service Rep

Overview

Associate Customer Service Rep for life sciences/sample services, handling customer care queries, feedback, and complaints for operations in India.

What you'll do

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls for sample queries, pickups, registrations, cancellations, and sample collection materials.
• Manage toll-free customer services and support customers with product information and TAT-related communication.
• Create MIS reports on service performance, complaint registers, and query resolution matrix and timelines.
• Analyze pre-analytical information to understand customer trends and pre-analytical errors.
• Evaluate the customer support system and prepare action plans to improve customer service department performance.
• Implement a Quality Management System for the Customer Care department.
• Ensure 24/7 customer call management and manage inventory and shipments to US by coordinating and following up from receipt to reporting.

What you'll need

• Education: Any Graduate with B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Life Sciences/Medical Sciences/related disciplines.
• Required work experience: Executive track for fresher or 1–2 years (customer handling in life sciences/lab services/hospital).
• Senior Executive track: 4–7 years’ experience handling customers in life sciences/lab services/hospital.
• Skills: Soft skills.
• Skills: Computer knowledge.
