Overview
Junior Engineer role focused on gaining hands-on experience in Operational Excellence by optimizing operational processes and supporting improvement initiatives.
What you'll do
- Support ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting for improvement work.
- Document procedures and help standardize practices across functions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement improvement projects and operational best practices.
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma (and other optimization methodologies) to drive productivity and reduce waste.
- Assist manufacturing digitization efforts.
- Adhere to safety and quality requirements in all tasks and projects.

- B Tech in Chemical Engineering.
