Associate Data Governance Analyst

Overview

Associate Data Governance Analyst role in the Data Governance team in Bangalore, focused on data quality and governance for customer accounts.

What you'll do

• Collect and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy.
• Run routine data validation checks for accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain and update data records and accounts in applicable systems.
• Identify and resolve basic data issues and discrepancies.
• Document data definitions, sources, and procedures for future reference.
• Support compliance with data governance and quality initiatives.

What you'll need

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in data governance, data quality, master data management, or a related data operations role.
• Experience supporting customer account data maintenance (account setup, data cleansing, hierarchy research, discrepancy identification).
• Comfort working with business applications and data management tools.
• Salesforce CRM experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in one of the listed fields: information systems, MIS, data analytics/data science, business analytics, or supply chain/operations management.

• Location: Bangalore, India.
• Hours of Work: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (including one hour break).
• Team size: four people; reports to Team Lead of Data Governance.
