Associate – Data Privacy, ITRA, Advisory

Overview

Associate in Data Privacy advisory, supporting privacy maturity and privacy impact assessments and helping implement privacy protection solutions.

What you'll do

• Perform privacy maturity assessments and privacy impact assessments.
• Assess compliance with privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and Draft India Data Protection Bill.
• Interview client stakeholders and develop privacy project artifacts such as privacy impact analysis and data flow diagrams.
• Conduct data discovery, data classification, and develop data flow maps to identify gaps.
• Implement and use privacy enhancing technologies and data privacy frameworks.
• Help develop and implement data protection solutions like eDiscovery tools, data classification, and data leakage prevention.
• Apply technical controls such as anonymization, pseudonymization, and encryption to improve privacy protections.

What you'll need

• Strong understanding of privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, Draft India Data Protection Bill).
• Implemented and/or supported data protection technologies.
• Experience in performing at least 3 end-to-end privacy assessment and implementation projects.
• Experience with privacy impact assessments, data discovery, data classification, and data flow maps.
• Hands-on knowledge in database protection and one or more related associated technologies.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex data security problems.
• BE/BTech minimum qualification.
