Data Analyst (Tibco Webfocus )

Overview

Reporting Analyst responsible for designing, developing, administering, supporting, and optimizing business intelligence and reporting platforms, with focus on WebFOCUS and secure client data delivery.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain custom and standard reports using WebFOCUS 7.7, Power BI, and Power BI Report Builder.
• Administer the WebFOCUS 7.7 platform, including user access, provisioning, roles, access removal, and security reviews.
• Monitor and maintain production, backup, staging, and supporting report server environments with troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Manage report scheduling, distribution, and ReportCaster operations while maintaining server performance and availability.
• Lead secure client-facing delivery using SFTP and related tools with encryption and appropriate ciphers.
• Support Incident & Support Management (L2) for reporting incidents and investigate data discrepancies across reporting platforms and feeds.
• Manage GDPR and data-purge requests, including querying databases and performing extraction or deletion per approved requests.

What you'll need

• Information Builders/TIBCO WebFOCUS administration and report development (WebFOCUS 7.7 essential).
• Advanced MSSQL and PL/SQL development.
• Power BI and Power BI Report Builder.
• PowerShell scripting and automation.
• SFTP integration, encryption, and secure file delivery.
• Basic understanding of data-governance concepts including metadata management and data lineage.
• Understanding of GDPR, privacy, and data-retention requirements.
