Associate Data Research Analyst | Rajkot

Overview

Associate Data Research Analyst to conduct internet-based research, validate and maintain high-quality datasets, and support data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

• Conduct primary internet-based research using public databases, government sites, and company websites.
• Gather, validate, and update information from multiple data sources.
• Analyze and interpret datasets using Excel and other analytical tools.
• Identify trends, patterns, inconsistencies, and missing information.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and data-driven insights for internal stakeholders.
• Perform data cleansing, deduplication, standardization, and validation.
• Suggest process improvements and support SOP development and automation/AI tool adoption.

What you'll need

• Up to 3 years of experience in research, data analysis, business operations, data entry, market research, or related fields.
• Strong internet research and source validation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data cleaning, formulas).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Understanding of research methodologies and attention to detail for data accuracy.
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured data.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or Perplexity.
