Overview
Associate Data Scientist designing, building, and fine-tuning generative AI models for product use cases, and helping integrate them into production and embedded/edge environments.
What you'll do
- Design and fine-tune generative AI models (LLMs, vision-language models, diffusion models) for product use cases.
- Apply expertise in large language models and prompt engineering.
- Build RAG architectures using vector databases and embeddings.
- Track experiments using MLflow and/or Weights & Biases.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets (images and text).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models into production systems and embedded/edge environments.
What you'll need
- Minimum 7 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or 5 years with a Master's.
- Experience in data analytics, data modeling, or equivalent areas.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, or equivalent.
- Hands-on expertise in large language models and prompt engineering.
- Hands-on expertise in RAG architectures, vector databases, and embeddings.
- Experience with experiment tracking tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases).
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured datasets (images, text).
Details
- Office-based teams work in-person at least 3 days per week.
- Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
- Field roles are done outside the main facilities, generally at customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
