Associate. Director, ServiceNow Security Risk and Compliance Engineering IRM Development Lead

Overview

Associate Director leading ServiceNow Security Risk and Compliance Engineering for IRM development, responsible for leading the IRM development team within the Product Team.

What you'll do

• Lead development of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) within the IRM Development Squad at the HTC.
• Support creation of a technical roadmap under the Security & Compliance Product Manager.
• Define and maintain a backlog of capabilities aligned to the overall product roadmap.
• Work with stakeholders in IRM-related areas to support roadmap planning based on business priorities.
• Capture and manage risks, impediments, assumptions, and dependencies for execution.
• Collaborate with IT teams to align business needs with solutions.
• Plan and manage development team workload to meet demand and cover capabilities.
• Drive release and operational support planning and execution.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 2+ years of technical leadership experience using Agile methodologies.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow engineering/development experience.
• Detailed knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and hands-on experience in the ServiceNow IRM module.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish credibility with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience managing a technical development squad.
