Associate Engineer

Overview

Associate Engineer responsible for analyzing technical requirements, designing solutions/components, and producing engineering outputs aligned to customer needs.

What you'll do

• Analyze technical requirements and identify possible solutions.
• Select the optimal product/solution meeting customer needs.
• Clarify unclear requirements with relevant stakeholders and decide the solution.
• Design solutions and/or components for customer-specific requirements.
• Create drawings, engineering structures, or other relevant solution outputs.
• Consider design aspects including safety, codes/standards, installability, maintainability, and manufacturability.

What you'll need

• Analyze technical requirements and identify possible solutions.
• Design solutions/components for customer-specific requirements.
• Create drawings and other engineering outputs.
• Use basic cost knowledge of components/solutions in work.
• Self-check own outputs and participate in colleague output checks.
• Report work progress on a timely basis.
• Communicate deviations from customer specifications to relevant parties.
