Associate Engineer

Overview

Associate Engineer role focused on mechanical product design support for Conveyance products, including documentation, CAD modeling, and testing-related engineering tasks.

What you'll do

• Execute projects and assignments given by the team leader or engineering manager.
• Create and revise engineering documentation (detail drawings, 3D models, bills of material, and component specifications).
• Perform guided engineering tasks related to product design, testing, and specifications.
• Own or work on a design module within a larger mechanical system design and develop design concepts.
• Adhere to design standards and procedures for product design documents and data control.
• Assist in deploying ACES and other relevant standards and follow product launch processes.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0 to 1.5 years of engineering/product design experience in a relevant domain.
• Proficiency in one or more CAD tools (preferably CATIA) and experience with a PLM tool.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to execute projects with a drive for excellence.
• Root Cause Analysis skills.
