Associate Finance Admin Representative

Overview

Billing Analyst for Ecolab’s Global Business Services team in Pune, India, operating in a UK shift. Own daily invoice audit accuracy, pricing and campaigns setup, and execution of SOX controls tied to pricing and corrections.

What you'll do

• Complete daily invoice audits to ensure invoices are accurate and distributed.
• Review and resolve blocked sales orders and documents blocked from posting to accounting.
• Execute corrections after obtaining appropriate approvals; enter corrections based on department guidance.
• Set up list pricing and campaigns, and maintain pricing and campaign information.
• Review and resolve errors identified on the VFX3 report.
• Execute SOX controls tied to pricing and corrections.
• Prepare monthly activity tracking reporting and maintain process documentation.

What you'll need

• Minimum 4 years of related experience.
• Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Fluent English.
• Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Spanish preferred.
