Associate Finance (IND)

Overview

Associate Finance role at Carelon Global Solutions India, accountable for end-to-end accounting, financial reporting and taxation.

What you'll do

• Handle general ledger accounting, accruals and monthly closure of books.
• Support statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit and 3CEB work.
• Analyse the income statement and balance sheet.
• Perform monthly TDS reconciliation and remittance.
• File quarterly TDS returns.
• Handle invoice approval under the tax hierarchy.
• Prepare and file GSTR 1, GSTR 3B and GSTR 9 and 9C, and take care of the GST annual audit working and return filing.
• Carry out tax audit work (3CD with annexure 3CEB reporting).
• Support transfer pricing audit and SEZ compliances.

What you'll need

• MBA or M.Com from a recognized university.
• 4+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Expertise in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI).
• Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written design.
• Strong quantitative skills, analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
