Associate Financial Analyst

Overview

Associate Financial Analyst role focused on analyzing and annotating financial research data to support AI model training and evaluating AI-based model outputs for market intelligence.

What you'll do

• Analyse and interpret financial documents such as earnings calls, SEC filings, broker research reports, and expert call transcripts.
• Evaluate and rank language model outputs on comprehensiveness, factual accuracy, coverage, and fluency.
• Analyse customer usage patterns of the AlphaSense platform to identify opportunities for product enhancements and AI model applications.
• Ensure quality and consistency of data collection for AI model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and AI Researchers to define data annotation guidelines and processes.
• Review, comprehend, and synthesize information from diverse sources to extract key details and actionable insights.
• Maintain understanding of industry trends related to data annotation, AI ethics, and emerging technologies.

What you'll need

• CA certification or completion of all three levels of the CFA program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to synthesize complex information.
• Proficiency with workplace productivity tools such as GSuite and MS Office.
• Strong project management skills including problem-solving, time management, prioritisation, adaptability, and quality management.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
